Hip Hop Hangover
It's FRIDAY! Just two things to share today.
It's Unity Hip Hop Hangover over at SCS. Go to Angela's blog to see all the Unity peeps that are participating in the blog hop today (her blog post will most likely be up in the afternoon on Friday). Thanks to all my Unity Friends for such an amazing launch day for my new stamp set SHINE ON.
First Up. A scrappy layout of me and the hubster. My husband is a crazy man! He' makes me laugh everyday! Love ya honeydew. You just never know what he's going to do. This layout uses my Fact of Love journaling block and Serenity Tree from Unity. A few heart punches, birdie spellbinder dies, new Hero Arts and a super fun page of us is complete. Join me next Saturday (17th) at Photoscraps and you can make this page, minus my goofy husband's pic, of course. Photoscraps is carrying UNITY. Yeah! And, they have every single one of my stamp releases. So, if your in MD, run, don't walk over to Photoscraps!
Next up...A valentine card using a non-valentine stamp.
I used my Unity Scrappy Flower, LOVE stamps from two different Unity Kits of the Month, NEW Basic Grey, Bittersweet, a button, some hearts and a cute little paper pieced card was born. I'm sure I'll add a little more bling. That scrappy flower is super versatile and SUPER big. The card base is 3.5 x 5.
I will add this. If you don't own Chestnut Roan, Chalk INK. Get it! My go to ink lately.
Happy Friday!

great page. wish I lived closer, I'd be there! thanks for sharing it with the rest of us. LOVE that flower, you made it sooo pretty. I have to say, your artwork is my favorite! I just adore those little lamps from yesterday's release.

I totally agree about the Chestnut Roan. I have it in all the sizes and have one just for rough stuff since I've pretty much trashed it!
